You can also be denied service if you have previously been blocked by IsaSleepy/Star the artist.General Payment Terms: Purchase of any Product through any payment app may require you to pay fees.Price. Creator reserves the right to determine pricing for all Products. Star will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.Returns and Refunds. 1/2 payment will be paid out before work on the piece has started, after the work is done the second half will be paid. After I've received both payments the piece will be shipped. We will accept all returns before WIP (Work In Progress) pictures have been shown to the commissioner. We will issue you a full refund for all Returns, excluding taxes or fees paid returning the money. We will not accept any refunds of, Piece's with shown WIP's before the commissioner has expressed a want for a refund. No discounts will be given unless shown on the website (here) or https://bsky.app/profile/isasleepy.bsky.social.Delivery: All Piece's purchased through IsaSleepy/Star will be shipped according to the terms provided at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for all Taxes and fees, which will be specified for you at payment. Before delivery you can ask for a max of 8 changes to the content, after delivery you can ask for 1 change ONLY in the case that something went wrong with the content.Miscellaneous:

We can change the T.O.S of commissions at any time, further more we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (including by limiting or discontinuing certain features of the Service) with notice to you.Rejecting work.
